The key to innovation and competitiveness in tight labor markets is attraction and retention of skilled talent. Additionally, employee expectations are changing. C-suite leaders need to re-focus on talent. Although digital and data skills grab the news headlines, behavioral skills are at the top of the skills that CEOs seek in leadership candidates.
