Our Giving Description

The December General Tent Volunteer Opportunity is serving families throughout Tampa Bay with a full Christmas meal this holiday season. As part of that effort you will help on a variety of teams for this shift including but not limited to checking in our guests, helping kids in the kid's zone, stocking and sorting of food and toy donations, and cleanup around the holiday tent. Please be flexible as after a brief orientation we will split up the volunteers for this shift according to the needs of the day.

Dress Code: Please be sure to wear CLOSED-TOE SHOES, and a shirt with sleeves (jeans and short sleeve t-shirts are great; no tank tops).

Check-In & Parking: Please report to the Volunteer Services area in the Holiday Tent. You can park in the Volunteer parking lot, look for parking attendants to direct you.

Personal Items: It is best to leave purses and electronics at home or out of sight in your trunk or another secure location while volunteering.

Minimum age: All volunteers must be 8 years old or older.

Our Giving

A "turnkey" event for members of the CEO Council to volunteer to roll-up their sleeves and invest time directly serving non-profit organizations. Our Giving is a voluntary and organized opportunity for members of the CEO Council to contribute their precious time to the community together.
