As the College of Business at UT specializes in leadership courses, we have taken an excerpt from one of our leadership programs that we think will benefit the CEO's in attendance. 

Advancing Your Emotional Intelligence

Instructor: Dr. Bella Galperin

Emotional intelligence (EI) is vital to succeed in today’s workplace. Studies have shown that high-performing leaders tend to have higher emotional intelligence than their peers. Attendees will gain insight into their own emotions by taking an EI assessment. This session will enable attendees to increase their personal leadership by learning how to manage their emotions in most difficult moments. By have a greater understanding of their emotions, participants will be better equipped to strengthen their emotional intelligence and have a positive effect on themselves, their team, and organization.
