Insight Session Webinar Description

As we navigate through uncertain times we want to remain conscious of the need to maintain the highest degree of respect and dignity in all our interactions. Especially so, given the current climate impacted by coronavirus and social unrest, we want to provide you with a variety of tools to ensure successful and safe operations.

• With the core values of Community, Collaboration, Diverse Communities and Workforce that has become synonymous with the greater Tampa Bay area, we’re pleased to provide a team session on Unconscious Bias, presented by trainers from the Multicultural Foodservice & Hospitality Alliance www.mfha.net.

• This workshop will enhance our awareness and understanding of unconscious bias in our workplace. We will learn how to improve our self-awareness and develop skills and techniques to overcome bias as we strive to create positive experiences and a welcoming environment for our guests and visitors. Our goal is to provide this training within the context of current circumstances and environment.

• We will be discussing some of the difficult situations you have been experiencing already this summer – at our beaches, inns and other properties, and learn how we might navigate these challenging interactions.
