Ben Lee, Principal and Co-Founder of Schifino Lee Advertising and Branding, has spent the past 25 years helping clients build and grow their company brands. While celebrating his agency’s 25th anniversary, Lee realized it was time for Schifino Lee to reenergize its own brand – beyond just a new logo or messaging makeover.

The answer? Make a really big move. Literally. Schifino Lee moved its entire ad agency out of “dedicated” office space into a new “coworking” environment. The change allowed the ad agency to reinvigorate and reinvent many of its core business practices, letting them craft a new company culture in which to work and interact, requiring them to use more mobile and virtual technologies, and live in more untraditional work spaces. Switching from a “traditional” to a “shared” office environment has inspired their agency to approach and upgrade its brand (and business) in countless new ways.

Plus, the cost savings have been significant.
