Lessons from 2020: What Employees Need from Leaders to Enhance Engagement and Psychological Safety in the Midst of Disruption

2020 has brought a multitude of challenges to both leaders and employees. The leaders who have been successful in maintaining high levels of employee engagement and productivity, are those who understand the physical and emotional challenges employees are experiencing and have implemented actions to support employees (and themselves). This session will discuss the lessons of leadership from the first 9 month of a tumultuous year.

By the end of the session participants will understand;

• the pandemic impact on employees
• the pros and cons of remote work and the impact on parents/caregivers
• how employers are effectively responding to, and supporting, employees
